Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist in the UAE to connect customer contracts, production, and lifecycle requirements into a unified forecast. The role can be performed remotely from Dubai with a plan to align closer to Abu Dhabi operations.

You will build and maintain the Master Production Schedule, balance capacity with demand, and partner with Program Management, Supply Planning, and Engineering to mitigate risks and ensure delivery commitments in a fast-moving aerospace context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in demand or materials planning.
• Strong forecasting and inventory planning knowledge.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts.
• Consolidate inputs from contracts, POs, and schedules into one plan.
• Support monthly S&OP and IBP with dashboards and scenarios.
• Translate program milestones into demand plans with PM.
• Develop Master Production Schedule balancing demand with capacity.
• Identify long-lead materials and capacity constraints early.
• Assist inventory planning balancing demand, stock levels, and service.
• Maintain planning data across ERP, MRP, and planning systems.
• Highlight demand risks and drive process improvements.
