Job summary

Safran in Dubai seeks a Production Manager to oversee one or more repair production lines, leading a team of Repair Technicians, Leads and certifying staff. You will ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while aligning with customer requirements and Safran standards.

You will coordinate with the Repair Station Manager, drive competency development, manage HR processes and foster continuous improvement in line with Part 145, HSE and the Safran Together model.

Qualifications

• Leads repair production teams to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Ensures compliance with Part 145 regulations and HSE standards.
• Drives competency development and performance improvement across the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more repair production lines and lead Senior Repair Technicians and certifying staff.
• Ensure safe working environment and lead safety actions when needed.
• Organise teams for multidisciplinary contributions and agile response to operations.
• Coordinate workload with production manager and express resource needs.
• Manage HR processes: hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Develop training initiatives and support career development.
• Maintain a positive team climate and promote Safran Together values.
• Drive innovation and support new initiatives within the department.
