Job summary

A global industrial automation firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a candidate with 8-10 years of experience in Simulation & Digitalization. The role involves managing engineering activities for the Operator Training System, ensuring design quality, and participating in project validation. A Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering is required, with a Master's preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years work experience in the field of Simulation & Digitalization.
• Hands-on experience for commissioning OTS in Refining, Petrochemical and Polymer process units.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the engineering activities of Operator Training System (OTS).
• Ensure successful completion of design and meet quality standards.
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in OTS project validation and witness testing.

Skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for the engineering activities of Operator Training System (OTS) to provide valueadded engineering solutions
• Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design review and internal audit requirements
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines Delivery of model sections for integration.
• Working to specification for model areas.
• Participate in OTS project validation and witness testing.

Job Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years work experience in the field of Simulation & Digitalization field
• Bachelors degree in chemical engineering. Masters degree is preferable.
• Hands on experience for commissioning OTS in Refining Petrochemical and Polymer process units.
• OTS implementation experience in OMEGALAND SOFTWARE would be an added advantage.
