Job summary

A global eCommerce and advertising organization is seeking a Manager for Amazon Ads to optimize advertising campaigns and enhance customer experience. You will manage a portfolio of advertisers, utilizing data analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of digital advertising or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive change in loosely defined situations.

Key job responsibilities
  • Strive to delight our customers by becoming a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions
  • Take a consultative approach to optimizing customers advertising campaigns through the use of data and Amazon insights
  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
  • Support the development of these advertisers ongoing independent growth and success by evaluating KPIs and optimizing campaign performance using a analytical approach
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics insights and how to achieve greater results on Amazon
  • Monitor account performance for optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction
  • Retain and grow revenue from your book of business of existing advertisers
  • Achieve upsell goals through insight driven recommendations
Qualifications
  • 5 years of digital advertising or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication and ability to influence internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability with interpreting large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners
  • An ability to deal with ambiguity. Can deliver results and drive change in loosely defined situations
  • Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications
  • Display advertising sales/marketing experience
  • Programmatic advertising experience
  • Ecommerce advertising experience
  • Search/Performance advertising experience
