Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Job Performer for immediate joiner in Al Ain to supervise telecom civil/cable works and ensure strict adherence to ADNOC procedures and permit controls.

Candidates must have 2–5 years of ADNOC civil experience, a BE/Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom, ADNOC JP certification, and WMS training from ATA to enable safe, compliant site operations on-site. On-the-job safety and coordination with site teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecom or equivalent.
• ADNOC JP certification mandatory.
• WMS training from ATA completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise telecom civil/cable site activities at ADNOC projects.
• Prepare Method Statements and FRA for ADNOC.
• Create PTWs and obtain necessary approvals.
• Enforce site precautions and controls per area authority.
• Conduct toolbox talks before each job.
• Pause work during emergencies or alarms.
• Ensure site is clean, clear and safe on completion.
• Close permits after activities and ensure ADNOC procedures followed.

• Preparing Method Statement, FRA for ADNOC.
• Creating PTWs and obtain various authority approvals.
• Implementing the work site precautions and controls identified by the area authority & check by issuing authority.
• Supervise the telecom civil/cable site activities.
• Conduct a tool box talk before Job starts.
• Suspends work in the event of emergency & general alarm.
• On completion & suspension of work, ensure that work site must be clean, clear and safe.
• Closing the permit upon completion of the work activity.
• Ensure all ADNOC procedures are followed.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree/ B.E /Electrical/Electronics/Telecom or equivalent.
Certification: ADNOC certified JP (MANDATORY)
Trainings: WMS training from ATA.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in ADNOC area in CIVIL Work
