Overview
Our client, a leading international school in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join their administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective families and play a key role in student enrolment, communication, and maintaining accurate admissions data.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for all admission-related inquiries from prospective parents
- Conduct school tours, interviews, and respond to emails / phone calls in a professional manner
- Guide families through the application and enrolment process
- Maintain up-to-date student records and databases
- Coordinate entrance assessments and liaise with academic staff
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities related to student recruitment
- Provide regular reports on admissions data and trends to school leadership
- Support the registrar and admin team with events and student records when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or customer service, preferably in a school setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems; knowledge of school management systems is a plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
- Organized, professional, and customer-focused
- Already based in the UAE with availability for an in-person interview preferred
