Job Overview:

UniHawk is looking for an experienced Medicine Counselor to guide students aspiring to study Medicine and healthcare programs abroad — including the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. The role involves providing expert counseling, managing applications, and conducting webinars and workshops to ensure a seamless student journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students and parents on Medicine-related programs, requirements, and destinations.
  • Guide students through course selection, entrance exams (UCAT, IMAT, ISAT, IELTS, etc.), and application timelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end application process through systems like UCAS and CAO.
  • Coordinate with editing, documentation, and visa teams for application support.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and outreach events on “Study Medicine Abroad.”
  • Maintain accurate records and communication through the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Psychology, or Education.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in university counseling or education consulting (Medicine focus preferred).
  • Knowledge of global medical education pathways (UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, NZ).
  • Experience with UCAS/CAO systems and student webinars.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic counseling style and tech proficiency (CRM or student management tools).
