We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations while also managing financial records and transactions. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails to ensure smooth communication.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making.
  4. Coordinate with external vendors and clients to facilitate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  5. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to important documents and records.
  6. Perform data entry and maintain databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  7. Support the accounting department with month‑end closing processes and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  8. Prepare and submit tax documents and ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.
  9. Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees and contractors.
  10. Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve office efficiency and enhance overall productivity.
