Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Administrator for Data Management in Sales. This role supports the sales team by managing and maintaining data accuracy, complying with business operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and skills in Advanced Excel and ERP systems like Oracle/SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information from the sales team to create accurate sales item formulas.
  • Liaise with the MDM team to create new sales item codes.
  • Update and correct existing sales item codes in coordination with the MDM team.
  • Conduct regular sales MDM data reconciliation.
  • Facilitate customer account creation by reviewing and verifying documents.
  • Maintain and update customer account details.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all master data records.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments.

Title: Administrator-Data.Sales UAE-Corrugated Boxes

This role is responsible for supporting the sales team in managing sales-related data in coordination with the Master Data Management (MDM) team. The position focuses on creating, updating, and maintaining customer accounts and product‑specific item codes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Gather information from the sales team to create accurate sales item formulas.
  • Liaise with the MDM team to create new sales item codes.
  • Update and correct existing sales item codes in coordination with the MDM team.
  • Conduct regular sales MDM data reconciliation to ensure accuracy of customer and item code records.
  • Facilitate customer account creation by reviewing and verifying trade licenses, VAT certificates, KYC forms, and credit applications.
  • Maintain and update customer account details in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all master data records.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and support smooth business operations.
KPIs
  • Achieve 100% accuracy in processing item code and customer account creation or update requests.
  • Ensure all MDM requests are completed within the stipulated time frame as per business SLA.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with company policies, procedures, and MDM governance standards.
Work experience requirement

Experience in data management role.
