YourShore is equipped to handle full Cargo & Husbanding calls in major UAE ports including Jebel Ali, Dubai, DMCA, Sharjah, Al Hamriyah, and Ras Al Khaimah, as well as offshore locations. Additionally, we facilitate calls at Fujairah and other UAE ports through our vetted partners, ensuring comprehensive coverage across the region.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. The Administrative & Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting executives with administrative tasks, and performing clerical duties in addition to assisting with operation team.

The role includes but not limited to :

  • Handling correspondence and supporting the smooth operation of office activities.
  • Ensure Daily reports are sent by the relevant teams
  • Keep track of all government license requirements & ensure timely completion by the relevant team
  • Maintain & execute all office administrative requirements like lease tracking, vehicle fleet management including insurance, employee health cover etc
  • Assisting the accounts team with matters pertaining to checklist & filings and other administrative tasks
  • Arrange port passes & NOC's for personnel / companies attending the vessel, suppliers delivering items etc
  • To ensure prompt attendance of customer enquiries, the job holder will also monitor the emails and attend to phone calls 24x7
  • Co-ordinate with Operations desk for crew transportation arrangements for on signers, Off signers, Security personnel, Technicians, Suptds etc. in a timely manner
