Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Dubai is searching for an Administration Assistant to support daily office operations. The role includes managing documentation, coordinating with the PRO for visa-related tasks, and maintaining office files. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the UAE, alongside strong organizational skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration or similar roles within the UAE.
- Familiarity with MOHRE, GDRFA, and visa processes is an advantage.
- Based in Dubai with knowledge of UAE labor and government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee and administrative files.
- Manage all company and personnel documents, including contracts and certificates.
- Liaise with the PRO for visa applications and renewals.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception.
