Job summary

A leading nursery provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Administrator to manage clerical duties and support department functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an education setting, and possess strong interpersonal skills. This role involves managing correspondence, maintaining documents, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience either from home country or the UAE.
  • Preferably with experience from a nursery or education setting.
  • Ability and willingness to handle a full range of administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including typing and filing.
  • Respond to and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Support in document control activities for the department.
  • Develop and update spreadsheets and documents as required.
