About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities and tasks related to academic affairs, including scheduling courses and the necessary resources for their effective and organized delivery, preparing classrooms (for teaching and administering exams), and communicating and coordinating with suppliers of textbooks and reference materials—whether print or digital—as well as other related activities, in accordance with the policies and procedures followed by the department and the organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee academic activities in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide administrative support for curriculum delivery, student projects, and examinations.
  • Coordinate faculty scheduling, class planning, and exam logistics.
  • Manage student attendance, respond to inquiries, and support educational needs.
  • Collaborate with departments, HR, and external partners to support faculty, staffing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain academic records and assist with accreditation processes and review visits.
  • Ensure effective use of resources, including textbooks, library systems, and facilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Educational Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Professional experience from 0 to 2 years in coordinating academic affairs within the academic or educational sector, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in coordinating academic affairs within reputable academic or educational institutions is preferred.
