Position : Administration Coordinator

  • Require HR-Admin Background, past exp in both HR(30%) & Admin(70%) level
  • Min 3- 4 years of experience
  • Good Communication, Professionalism
  • Salary : Max 7-7.5 K + accommodation , Transportation ( based on their current salary)
  • Working Days – Monday till Friday
  • Working Time – 8 am to 6 pm
  • License : UAE driving license
  • Work place : KEZAD, Abu Dhabi
  • Nationality : Indian, Sri Lanka
  • Gender : Male
  1. Supporting in Recruitment requirements
  2. Supporting in Insurance Renewals
  3. Flight ticket bookings, coordination for Airport pick up and Drop
  4. General coordination for Company car use
  5. ADDC, DEWA - handling issues related to the same (if arrises)
  6. Accommodation – Maintenance
  7. Car, Bus service, repair, maintenance – Coordination
  8. Vehicle Registration, Renewal, fine payments, Tracking
  9. PO & GRN creation in SAP- Admin service related
  10. Security service - invoice reconciliation and payment process
  11. Imdaad, KEZAD skip - invoice reconciliation and payment process
  12. Other Country Visa Process - If any request arrises from Sales team
  13. Any other Adhoc task
  14. Updating employee documents / records in GreytHR as well as updating renewed Visa details
  15. Other Country Visa Process - If any request arrises from Sales team
  16. Stationery, Pantry - Items Purchase
  17. Any other work given from time to time in line with business requirements
