Job summary

A regional consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking an Administration Coordinator to manage HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience, a strong HR and administrative background, and a valid UAE driving license. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, managing accommodations, and coordinating company vehicle use. Competitive salary up to 7.5K AED plus accommodation and transportation provided.

Qualifications

  • Min 3-4 years of experience in HR and Admin.
  • UAE driving license required.
  • Nationality preference: Indian, Sri Lankan.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment requirements.
  • Handle insurance renewals.
  • Book flights and coordinate transport.
  • Manage company car usage.
  • Address ADDC and DEWA issues.
  • Maintain accommodations.
  • Coordinate vehicle registration and fines.
  • Create POs and GRNs in SAP.
  • Reconcile security service invoices.
  • Handle other country visa processes.
  • Update employee records in GreytHR.
  • Purchase stationery and pantry items.

Position: Administration Coordinator

Require HR-Admin Background, past exp in both HR(30%) & Admin(70%) level

Min 3-4 years of experience

Good Communication, Professionalism

Salary: Max 7-7.5 K + accommodation, Transportation (based on their current salary)

Working Days – Monday till Friday

Working Time – 8 am to 6 pm

License: UAE driving license

Work place: KEZAD, Abu Dhabi

Nationality: Indian, Sri Lanka

Gender: Male

Responsibilities
  • Supporting in Recruitment requirements
  • Supporting in Insurance Renewals
  • Flight ticket bookings, coordination for Airport pick up and Drop
  • General coordination for Company car use
  • ADDC, DEWA - handing issues related to the same (if arrises)
  • Accommodation – Maintenance
  • Car, Bus service, repair, maintenance – Coordination
  • Vehicle Registration, Renewal, fine payments, Tracking
  • PO & GRN creation in SAP- Admin service related
  • Security service - invoice reconciliation and payment process
  • Imdaad, KEZAD skip - invoice reconciliation and payment process
  • Other Country Visa Process - If any request arrises from Sales team
  • Any other Adhoc task
  • Updating employe documents/ records in GreytHR as well as updating renewed Visa details
  • Other Country Visa Process - If any request arrises from Sales team
  • Stationary, Pantry - Items Purchase
  • Any other work given from time to time in line with business requirements
