We are seeking an organized and efficient Administration Assistant to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our administrative staff you will provide crucial support to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

  • Manage and maintain office schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming phone calls emails and correspondence directing them to appropriate team members
  • Prepare and edit various documents reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
  • Greet and assist visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
Qualifications :
  • Must be a UAE National
