  • Communicates and coordinates with clients, insurance providers, and the sales team to process applications and track updates
  • Updates and maintains customer profiles within the company database
  • Ensures proper filing, organization, and updating of customer documents and requirements
  • Delivers excellent customer service to clients and provides strong support to the sales team
  • Provides accurate and timely responses to both clients and insurance companies
