Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary 6 months)

Contract Details: Full-time Temporary (6 months)

Salary: 3000 AED

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our team and assist in daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the team including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars and schedules.
  2. Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  3. Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other business correspondence.
  4. Maintain and update company databases and records.
  5. Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  6. Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
  7. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  8. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  9. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  10. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Having own visa and being available in Abu Dhabi.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the 6-month contract.
