Role Overview

This role provides high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and CFO. The Personal Assistant must be exceptionally detail-oriented, organised and proactive ensuring accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality in all aspects of communication, documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritise executive emails, correspondence and follow‑ups with precision.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, meetings and travel arrangements for the CEO and CFO.
  • Prepare and review reports, documents and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Track and reconcile business expenses, invoices and financial documentation.
  • Maintain organised records for accounting, project and operational activities.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time with perfectionist attention to formatting and presentation.
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive administrative support to streamline executive workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
  • Strong accounting and numerical accuracy skills (Excel and document control proficiency required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with flawless email etiquette.

  • Perfectionist attention to detail; nothing overlooked or rushed.
  • Experience in the construction, design or materials industry is advantageous.
