Job summary

Lavita Landscape Business in Dubai seeks an Admin Cum Accountant to manage bookkeeping, office administration, and initial HR coordination. The role requires UAE experience, WPS payroll familiarity, and VAT knowledge, with software proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally ERP, and strong Excel skills.

You will ensure accurate financial records, support compliance with UAE regulations, and liaise with vendors and staff to maintain smooth operations in a luxury landscape firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in Admin/Accounts dual role in the UAE, preferably within construction, engineering, or service industries.
• Proven working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and the Wage Protection System (WPS) for payroll.
• Proficient in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally ERP; high MS Excel proficiency.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes.
• Handle office administration and HR coordination including visas and medical insurance renewal with PRO services.
• Process monthly payroll with accurate deductions and timely transfers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet).
• Maintain filing systems for contracts, invoices, expenses, and company documents.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
