Job summary

Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty member specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, beginning in Spring 2026-27. The role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student progress, and developing course materials within the College of Business Administration.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Innovation, Entrepreneurship or a related field (Master’s with significant industry experience also considered) and demonstrated teaching excellence

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related field preferred; Master’s degree with substantial industry experience may be considered.
• Experience teaching at undergraduate and/or graduate levels in innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to develop innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses, ensuring course objectives are met and students are engaged.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback.
• Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks.
• Foster a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment.
• Cultivate effective working relationships across the organization and within the community.
• Inspire and motivate students and colleagues to overcome challenges and pursue growth.
• Actively seek innovative methods and resources to enhance course delivery.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
