Job summary

You will operate laser cutters, CNC machines and heat-forming tools, perform precise cutting and bonding, and uphold strict quality control to ensure perfect joints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational certificate is a plus.
• Experience with acrylic fabrication and at least 2 years hands-on.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining laser cutters, CNC machines and heat-forming tools.

• Operate and maintain a variety of fabrication equipment including laser cutters, CNC machines and heat‑forming tools to achieve desired shapes and finishes.
• Perform precise cutting, shaping and bonding of acrylic materials using specialized techniques such as solvent welding and heat bending to ensure seamless joints.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks throughout the fabrication process, identifying and rectifying any defects or imperfections.

Qualifications
