TAD Logistics Group in Dubai is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to support invoicing, collections, and customer account management. This role focuses on accurate invoicing, posting receipts, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.

You will prepare monthly AR ageing reports, resolve billing disputes, and coordinate with operations and sales on queries and credit notes. Travel to visit customers for collections is expected about one week per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• 2–3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate customer invoices and support month-end closing.
• Post receipts, allocate payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve billing disputes.
• Prepare daily collection updates and weekly/monthly AR ageing reports.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and customers on invoice queries and credit notes.
• Visit customers for collections and account reviews approximately one week per month.
