• قيادة وتوجيه فريق مكوّن من اثنين من موظفي التحصيل.
• الإشراف على طلبات الائتمان، وتحديد الحدود الائتمانية والموافقة على التمديدات.
• متابعة الحسابات المدينة وتقليل المديونيات المتأخرة وضمان التدفق النقدي.
• بناء جسور قوية بين أقسام المبيعات والمالية والعملاء لحل أي إشكاليات بسرعة.
• إعداد تقارير واضحة ودقيقة عن أداء التحصيل ومخاطر الائتمان للإدارة العليا.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 📌 Proven experience of 1-5 yearsin Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections management.
• 🤝 Strong leadership with proven team management skills.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication & negotiation abilities with clients.
• 🌍 Native Arabic speaker (English proficiency is a plus).
• 🏙️ Riyadh-based.
