Nestlé in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager, Accounting to lead receivables activities, ensure timely collections, and maintain precise financial records. You will support the finance team in line with GAAP and Nestlé policies.

You will oversee invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting while contributing to audits, month-end processes, and working capital improvements. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Exposure to ERP/SAP is a must.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage the collection process to ensure timely receipts from customers.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and present reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts to management.
• Keep up-to-date filing of all accounting documents and assist with audits and month-end closing.
