Overview of the role

The Accounts Executive ensures accurate and timely financial operations by coordinating interdepartmental documentation, managing month-end closing activities, and preparing key financial reports to support business decision-making.

What you will do:

Description of Accountability:

  • Follows up with various teams to obtain intercompany supporting documents.
  • Reviews and accepts these documents in the relevant financial module.

Month-End Closing Activities

  • Prepares accrual, adjustment, and other closing entries.
  • Reconciles sales data with BI reports and SAP systems.

Claims and Receivables Management

  • Coordinates settlements with brand teams to resolve outstanding claims.

Inventory and Stock Reporting

  • Prepares and circulates weekly and month-end stock provision reports.
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness in inventory reporting.

Sales and Margin Analysis

  • Generates sales and gross margin reports.
  • Prepares customer and brand-wise sales summaries for management review.
