This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys building client relationships driving revenue and also getting directly involved in campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in digital and performance marketing.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop proposals media plans and strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services.
Execution & Performance Marketing
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution across Google Ads Meta Programmatic SEO/SEM Affiliates etc.

    Stay updated with the latest tools trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Team & Collaboration
  • Hire and mentor junior marketers and support capability development.
  • Contribute to building scalable processes and efficient execution models.
Requirements
  • 8 years in performance marketing / digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership or account management role.
  • Proven track record in business development and managing large accounts.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads Meta Ads SEO/SEM Programmatic and Analytics.
