Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Accounting or a closely related field from an internationally recognized university, preferably AACSB/EQUIS accredited or in top 200 global ranking.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and strong research record.
• Curriculum development experience and innovative teaching practices in accounting.
• Scholarly publications in reputable peer‑reviewed journals.
• Industry experience or professional service is desirable.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Industry experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.

Responsibilities
