The College of Business at Abu Dhabi University is seeking to appoint a full‑time faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor in Accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, conducting high‑quality research and scholarly activities in the field, and actively contributing to college and university administrative and service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting and related disciplines.
• Develop and sustain a productive research agenda that leads to publications in high‑quality, peer‑reviewed journals, with the potential to contribute to interdisciplinary and practice‑oriented research in accounting.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and theses, as applicable.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous program enhancement, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards, evolving industry practices, and the integration of digital tools used in accounting.
• Actively participate in departmental, college, and university committees and academic initiatives that support institutional goals.

Minimum Educational Qualifications
