Job summary

Ainspirex Technology Trading FZCO is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and compliance requirements in Dubai, UAE. The role requires hands-on Tally experience and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

The ideal candidate will handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and documentation, while coordinating with external accountants and tax consultants to ensure timely tax compliance and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions using Tally.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist with UAE corporate tax and audit-related requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
