Accountant in El-Ain, UAE

We are currently looking for an Accountant with a commitment to excellence to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment where they can make a positive contribution.

The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to: maintaining accurate records of transactions and financial statements; preparing invoices and other documents as required; performing data entry for accounts payable/receivable; reconciling accounts; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Accountant should possess strong analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, QuickBooks or similar software programs
• An ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, delegate responsibilities appropriately and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluency in English is necessary; fluency in Arabic is preferable
