Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of taxation and accounts payable/receivable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, reports and records by analyzing account information.
• Establish internal control systems by reviewing policies; recommending changes.
• Assist with audits by providing relevant data.
• Monitor expenses against budget; preparing reports as required.
• Review accounts receivable/payable; making payments when necessary.
• Reconciling discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Maintaining updated vendor files; processing invoices on time.
• Maintaining all financial records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
