Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounting role.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations & standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems.
• Reconcile accounts and analyze variances on a regular basis.
• Monitor and review accounting transactions for accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to accounting activities.
• Assist with developing budgets and forecasts, as required.
• Respond to inquiries from management regarding financial results and special reporting requests.
