About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a robust business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to join us as the Management Accountant for our corporate entities. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to operational excellence, offering subject matter expertise and strategic financial guidance for our corporate entities.

As the Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in various financial aspects, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, drafting annual financial statements, overseeing supplier payments, managing secretarial services for tax and regulatory compliance, conducting reconciliations, addressing ad hoc financial requirements, and collaborating on automation initiatives.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Drafting annual financial statements
  • Assisting the Finance Manager in the external audit management process
  • Oversight of all supplier payments
  • Assisting the Finance Manager in cash flow management
  • Management of secretarial services, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance
  • Conducting various monthly and daily reconciliations across different ledgers
  • Addressing ad hoc requirements and providing financial information on an as‑needed basis
  • Preparation of UAE VAT‑compliant sales invoices
  • Collaborating with the Finance Manager on various automation initiatives
  • Supporting the Finance Manager in contract negotiations
  • Revamping the payable function
  • Assisting the Finance Manager in ensuring the timely processing of payroll
What You will need for this position
  • More than 3 years of progressive experience in finance
  • CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
