Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and client invoices.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices and account statements for clients according to company procedures.
• Coordinate the handling of freight, logistics and the movement of robots, along with necessary minor repairs.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Verify that all goods arrive as per the agreed purchase and delivery note and that the agreed quantity has been received.
• Monitor and take inventory on a periodic basis to compile orders based on requirements.
• Accurately update all data into computer and manual recording systems (scanning and uploading documents to Zoho).
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to concerned internal staff and record keeping.
