Ezetop LLC in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented junior accounting professional to manage transactional processing, reconciliations, and financial data entry. The role requires working with confidential materials, strong mathematical skills, and fluency in Chinese.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Six months of accounting, billing, reconciliation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage deposit and withdrawal transactions in our system.
• Maintain settlement procedures and balance system statements daily.
• Research and resolve out-of-balance issues with IT support.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Support VAT filing and corporate tax compliance.
• Assist management with financial analysis.

Job Description

• Manage deposit and withdrawal transactions in our system
• Maintains and documents settlement procedures
• Balances system statements daily, resolving any returns and out of balance conditions
• Researches and resolves issues causing out of balance conditionsWorks with IT departments to resolve settlement related issues
• Maintain and monitor accurate financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, as well as general ledger entries to ensure timely updates and compliance.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies in vendor and customer accounts while overseeing the payment cycle.
• Oversee petty cash and payroll processing (WPS), including deduction and benefit calculations.
• Support VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and audit preparation by compiling necessary financial data.
• Prepare and review detailed financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses to assist management in decision-making.

Requirements

• Chinese speaker
• 6 months of experience in accounting, billing, reconciliation
• Accept work shift
• Familiarity with office software, e.g.: Excel
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter.
• Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
