• Review daily entries and transactions, ensuring proper classification.
• Process and track payments and expenses based on approvals.
• Complete journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain reconciliation of prepaid and accrued expenses.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns according to regulations.
• Handle management and inventory of fixed assets.
• Assist in processing financial statements per guidelines.
• Maintain and reconcile company petty cash.
