A leading technical works company in Dubai seeks an experienced accountant to manage real estate accounting. You will maintain accounting records, prepare reports, manage transactions, and ensure VAT compliance. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years of UAE experience in real estate accounting. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks is essential.
Maintain accounting records for property leasing and sub-leasing transactions.
Prepare rent collection reports and manage receivables/payables.
Record security deposits, commissions, and lease renewals.
Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with audits.
Manage VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in real estate accounting (leasing/sub-leasing preferred).
Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems.
Good knowledge of VAT and real estate accounting procedures.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
