Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities and reporting.
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Support the preparation of management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors when required.
  • Monitor company expenses and ensure timely processing of payments.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, filing, and general documentation.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update office records in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and service providers as needed.
