Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, and payments.
 - Prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash.
 - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities and reporting.
 - Maintain organized documentation and filing of accounting records.
 - Support the preparation of management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
 - Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors when required.
 - Monitor company expenses and ensure timely processing of payments.
 
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, filing, and general documentation.
 - Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
 - Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
 - Assist with HR-related tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation.
 - Maintain and update office records in line with company policies and procedures.
 - Liaise with external partners, vendors, and service providers as needed.
 
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
 - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
 - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
 - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
 - Discretion in handling confidential information.
