About the Role

Avid Marine L.L.C, a leading supplier of marine spare parts and technical services in Dubai, is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support financial documentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Record daily sales, purchase, and expense transactions in accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Coordinate with external accounting/audit teams for VAT and financial submissions.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending invoices and payments.
  • Assist with basic financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Support the management team with any ad hoc administrative or accounting tasks.
Skills

Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates welcome).

Familiarity with Tally, SAP, or similar accounting systems is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
