Job summary

Kingston Stanley in Dubai partners with a leading international law firm to recruit an experienced Accountant to join its Finance team. The role suits accounting professionals with a strong background in law firms or professional services, responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and day-to-day accounting.

You will manage GL reconciliations, month-end closes, monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and oversee cash flow, payroll, and expenses.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in law firms or professional services.
• Strong understanding of legal accounting, including trust accounting and time-based billing.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Candidates with law firm accounting experience will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with SRA Accounts Rules would be advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
