Job summary

Animax solutions veterinary in the UAE is seeking a qualified Accountant to join our growing trading company immediately. The role focuses on core accounting, reporting, and hands-on financial management.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, oversee inventory, and prepare timely financial statements. The position requires excellent Excel skills, strong analytical ability, and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Trading company experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting System.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting processes for a trading company.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
