Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Accountant to support head office finance operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of accounting experience and strong bookkeeping, reconciliation, and accounts payable skills in a structured environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing accounts payable processing, and supporting inter-company accounting. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce and proficiency in Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and petty cash.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, journals and reconciliations.
• Manage AP processing, vendor statement reconciliation and payment support.
• Handle petty cash expenses, accruals, prepayments and month-end support.
• Support inter-company accounting reporting schedules and audit documentation.
