About the team The Shops team at Careem is on a mission to reinvent the way people shop across the region. We are building a one-stop-shop experience for groceries, convenience, and more, enabled by a seamless app interface and lightning-fast delivery. Based in Dubai, the UAE Shops team is a fast-moving, entrepreneurial group focused on delighting customers, supporting partners, and driving innovation.
About the role As an Account Manager for Shops, you will play a pivotal role in growing and nurturing our merchant relationships. You will be responsible for end-to-end account management, ensuring merchant success, performance, and satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, analytical capabilities, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
