Account Manager, New Cardiology – Gulf (UAE, Oman, Qatar & Kuwait)

As an Account Manager for New Cardiology in the Gulf region, you will own the end-to-end sales process across UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait. Your mission is to drive business growth, expand Boston Scientific’s market share, and secure our positioning in the evolving cardiovascular space. This role will focus on identifying and developing commercial opportunities, building key stakeholder relationships, and executing sales strategies tailored to each market. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Clinical teams to deliver impactful, value-driven solutions to healthcare systems and professionals.

Your responsibilities will include :
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets aligned with annual business goals.
  • Providing regional and strategic market insights to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), National Sales Manager (NSM), Business Unit Manager (BUM), and Marketing teams to support annual planning.
  • Understanding account-level unmet needs and creating detailed account plans. You will support RSMs in Top Tier 1 accounts while working independently in other Tier 1, Tier 2, and (if applicable) Tier 3 accounts.
  • Designing and executing sales strategies in alignment with account plans and regional objectives.
  • Mapping stakeholders and developing tailored engagement strategies, ensuring CRM systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clinical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and economic stakeholders.
  • Promoting value-based solutions and engaging decision-makers using Health Economics arguments.
  • Supporting the clinical team in identifying and managing opportunities driven by clinical support needs.
  • Monitoring upcoming tenders and negotiation opportunities based on insights from stakeholders. Leading proposal planning and documentation in collaboration with the Tender Office.
  • Creating pricing strategies and supporting RSMs with deal models and IPAT (Pricing Approval Tool) development.
  • Conducting proactive customer visits to renew agreements and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Participating in regular Sales Force updates and QBRs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and execution excellence.
  • Maintaining detailed records in the company’s CRM and using it as a collaborative tool to align with broader commercial activities.
