Create. is a creative agency crafting bold ideas across brand, film, and digital. We’re hiring an Account Manager to own a commercially focused social channel for a leading real estate group in the region.

You’ll plan, create, publish, and optimize the content lifecycle on-site four days a week with the client team. You’ll drive formats from reels to stories, write hooks and captions to convert viewers into leads, and track performance with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in social/content/agency roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong Instagram expertise; comfortable with other platforms.
• Mobile-first content creation skills with on-site speed.
• Experience in real estate, luxury, or commercially driven categories.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

We're looking for an Account Manager to build and run a commercially focused social channel for one of the region's leading real estate groups. This is a maker's role. You plan it, create it, publish it, and optimise it. If you need someone else to get the content out, this isn't the role for you.

Embedded on-site four days a week with the client team, you'll own the full content lifecycle for a channel that doesn't just build audience. It drives enquiries.

What You'll Do

• Create across all formats including reels, carousels, walkthroughs, live coverage, and stories, mapped to funnel stages from awareness to enquiry
• Write sales-led captions, hooks, and CTAs engineered to convert viewers into leads
• Own end-to-end content production: planning, scripting, designing, mobile shooting, editing, publishing, and community management
• Track performance and deliver reports with clear, actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4–5 years in social, content, or agency environments with hands-on ownership of a channel end to end
• Strong Instagram expertise; comfort extending to additional platforms is an advantage
• Mobile-first content creation skills with the ability to turn around quality content on-site at speed
• Experience in real estate, luxury, or commercially driven categories is strongly preferred
• Professional fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage
