Job Overview

Amazon, one of the world’s leaders in ecommerce, is hiring an Account Manager (Business Development) for its Third-Party Marketplace team based in Dubai, UAE. In this dynamic environment, you will drive new business acquisition by generating and evaluating leads, helping sellers launch their products to millions of Amazon customers, and continuously improving Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems, and tools through partner feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective high‑potential selling partners and recruit them to the Marketplace.
  • Prioritize and lead a portfolio of sellers to achieve product‑family growth opportunities and goals.
  • Act as a consultant for your seller partners, providing data‑driven insights and advice to optimize their success.
  • Spot category opportunities, trending brands, pricing insights, and ensure portfolio growth plans.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analysis on seller performance issues and serve as the Voice of the Seller in product development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Educate selling partners on Amazon’s high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports, and publish recommendations and action plans.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives that drive partner growth.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in selling or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship‑building abilities and a consultative sales approach.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in fast‑moving and ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally to influence product development and process improvement.
