Job summary

COMCO Middle East & Africa in Dubai is seeking Arabic-speaking PR professionals across three levels: Account Executive, Senior Account Executive and Account Manager. You will engage with media, influencers and clients to craft compelling PR stories and campaigns, leveraging strong relationships and proactive thinking.

The role covers media relations, content creation, strategy, client coordination and events.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Experience building media relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Ability to craft press materials and develop PR content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive in spotting opportunities and proposing ideas.

Responsibilities

We're looking for Arabic-speaking PR professionals to join our team in Dubai across three levels: Account Executive, Senior Account Executive and Account Manager.

We want people who don't just wait for a brief. You know what's happening in the market, spot opportunities, have strong media relationships and can turn an idea into a good PR story.

What You'll Do

1.Media & Influencers

• Build relationships with Arabic and English media, journalists, creators and influencers.
• Pitch stories, arrange interviews and secure coverage.
• Keep media and influencer lists updated.
• Look for new media and influencer opportunities for our clients.

2.PR & Content

• Write and edit press releases, pitches, statements, captions and other content in Arabic and English.
• Adapt English content into natural, culturally relevant Arabic.
• Support social media content and content calendars.
• Stay on Top of What's Happening
• Know what's trending in the UAE and GCC.
• Follow the news, media, social conversations, culture and relevant industries.
• Know what's hot, what's not and what people are talking about.
• Bring interesting and timely ideas to the team and our clients.

3.Strategy & Campaigns

• Help develop PR strategies and campaigns.
• Turn client objectives into strong story angles and ideas.
• Research, plan, execute and report on campaigns.
• Think beyond execution and understand why we're doing something and what we want to achieve.

4.Clients & Presentations

• Manage day-to-day client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare presentations, reports and campaign ideas.
• Present ideas and recommendations confidently.
• Coordinate with clients, media, influencers and internal teams.

5.Events

• Support media events, launches, interviews and activations.
• Coordinate with media and influencers before and during events.
• Be hands-on and present on-ground when needed.
• Business Development
• Help identify new business opportunities.
• Support proposals and new business pitches.
• Present and pitch ideas when required.
• Bonus if you can help bring in or convert new clients.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Account Executive: 1–3 years
• Senior Account Executive: 3–5 years
• Account Manager: 5+ years, with experience managing client accounts

You should have:

• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Strong Arabic writing and proofreading skills.
• PR, communications, journalism or media experience.
• Good UAE/GCC media and influencer relationships.
• A good understanding of the UAE and GCC media landscape.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Good social media and digital content knowledge.
• Canva or similar experience.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who:

• Knows people — you have media and influencer relationships and know how to build them.
• Knows what's happening — you're naturally curious and stay on top of trends, news and conversations.
• Can think — you can take a brief and develop a PR angle, idea or strategy.
• Can present — you're comfortable explaining and pitching your ideas to clients.
• Is proactive — you don't need to be told about every opportunity.
• Is commercially minded — you understand that good PR should also help grow the business.
• Can win business — a strong bonus if you've helped pitch, convert or bring in new clients.
