Job summary

RAPP Dubai is seeking an Account Executive to join our award-winning Account Leadership team. You will support the management of client relationships, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and help drive successful campaigns.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of AE experience, excellent English communication, and a passion for sports, fashion, and lifestyle clients. You should be ready to travel and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication.
• At least 2 years of Account Executive experience.
• Degree in communications or marketing preferred.
• Experience in brand management and events beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and internal meetings for campaigns.
• Monitor, report, and analyze account performance.
• Manage small to medium projects with suppliers and clients.
• Oversee production-related tasks and implementation.
• Advise on tactical implementation and daily client contact.
• Assist in developing pitch proposals and presentations.
• Oversee creative process during pitch and execution.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and budget negotiations.
