Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross‑sell using cross‑departmental expertise as primary resources
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
Proactively engage cross‑functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Located in EMEA
3+ years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 year selling into the South Europe market
A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
SFDC proficiency
Experience in cross‑functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
Desire to work for a fast‑paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
Fluent in Spanish
